Plain English, because that's how we do everything. This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form on this site.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us on the enquiry form: your name, your phone number, and (if you add them) your email, your suburb, the kind of job you need, and whatever you write in the message. Like any website, our host also records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser for security and to keep the site running.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange the work you're asking about, nothing else. We don't send marketing emails off the back of an enquiry, and we don't sell your details to anyone.

Who it's shared with

To actually carry out the garage-door work you're asking about, we may pass your enquiry to a suitable local provider who services your request. Beyond that, we only share your details where we're required to by law. We never sell or trade your information.

Spam protection and web fonts

We use standard anti-spam measures to stop automated junk being submitted through the form. This site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them; that's a common web practice and is covered by Google's own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, then we remove them when they're no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry details we hold about you, or ask us to remove them. The way to reach us is the enquiry form, just say it's a privacy request and we'll sort it out.
