Terms
Terms & disclaimer
A short, honest set of terms for using this website. Using the site means you're happy with what's below.
This site is for information and enquiries
Everything here is to help you understand your garage door and to make it easy to get in touch. Sending the enquiry form is a request for us to contact you, it isn't a contract, and it doesn't lock either of us into anything until we've spoken and agreed the work.
The Tension Check and guides are general guidance
The Tension Check and the guides point to likely causes and general information. They are not a diagnosis, a quote, or a price, and they can't account for what's actually happening with your specific door. A garage door stores real mechanical tension, please don't use anything here as a reason to attempt a repair yourself, particularly on springs and cables. The real cause, the safe fix, and the cost are confirmed by a technician on site.
No prices, and no guaranteed times
We don't publish prices, because the honest figure depends on the door in front of us: faults are a call-out then on-site pricing, and new doors are a measure-and-quote. We also don't promise a specific response or turnaround time on this site, when you enquire, we'll tell you what we can actually do.
Images
Some images on this site are illustrative, stock or generated, and are used to show the kind of work, a door type, or an area. They don't depict a specific job we've done or a specific customer's door.
Brands and credentials
We describe the door and opener brands we work on generically, and we can colour-match Colorbond steel to your roof. We do not claim to be an authorised, accredited or official dealer, installer or service agent for any brand unless that's specifically stated and true. Garage-door mechanical work is carried out by a qualified technician; any opener mains-wiring is carried out by a licensed electrician. A colour match is offered as part of the quote, not guaranteed as an exact match.
Liability
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and useful, but we can't guarantee it's complete or error-free, and it's provided as general information without warranty. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. They were last reviewed in 2026.
